Superstol Annual Condition Inspection Form

Hey All - Does anyone have a Superstol yearly Condition Inspection form they could share? I found some older posts here with a Highlander form. Maybe there is something available specifically for the SS? Mine is a bit older - 2014 JA 30 SS with 912ULS.

I have one somewhere, I will look for it.
