GoPro Mount Pictures

I asked this over on Facebook, but thought this would be a good place to better archive my request.

I've got a GoPro 360 camera that I've used mounted to the main forward strut. I'd like to try extending it out with a pole to get the "chase plane" effect. Those that have tried this, can you post pictures and parts lists? I've checked out the online options, but would really like to see what others are doing, both commercially and DIY.
