what is the difference between 6061 T6 Al and 6063 T52?
Is it something I should be concerned about or ? Can I use 6063 T52?

6061 is harder and stiffer.
6063 is somewhat bendable.
You could use either with as thick as the aluminum is on that plane. But the 6061 would be a litter better.
If you use 6063 watch for pieces streaching, the bolt holes getting out of round. That kind of stuff. But I doubt it.
I am using 6061 except where I need to bend a piece.

Aluminum grades
According to an engineer posting on a rotorcraft site, 6063 is roughly one half as strong as 6061. 6063 is the stuff used for aluminum door frames. I would stick with 6061.
