Looking from rear at the left side of the factory sunroof bracket. Lexan not trimmed or drilled yet.

Weighed the Lexan for the Extreme windshield that I have cut to the supplied pattern, it’s 6 lb 13 oz, and a moulded Windshield(plexiglass I think) that the original Kit owner had is 5 lbs 8 oz...I’m surprised I expected the opposite. That makes the Extreme windshield 1 lb 5 oz heavier.

I set the moulded windshield(same as factory windshield shape) for comparison.

Moulded windshield(same dimensions as factory stock) with rear edges clamped in proper place for comparison.
