Showing the 1/16” to 1/8” gap between firewall and windshield for expansion.

I left the top outside corners of my firewall high and will trim to fit the boot cowl(when I placed the boot cowl on previously there was a small gap at the corners...but that was with the Fiberglass former at the incorrect angle)

Hopefully the top of firewall height is good across the top.

May have to trim a tiny bit off top of firewall we will see.

Might be some firewall to trim, maybe the tape once installed will take up space.

Moved Cleco’s to the inside for fitting the Boot Cowl.

Boot cowl clamped on loosely with the former clecos installed from the inside, so the tips of clecos are holding it up off the former some.
