I've got three cross coats of Polybrush sprayed on the HS & Elevators.
It seemed to use the Gallon I just bought.
The morning was calm , but only 20F
After I sprayed them... I pulled the table inside the shop to dry

Next , I need to order polyspray , I better buy a gallon.
Wicks sez it's on the way...

Polyspray is two dollars cheaper than polybrush.... Bout $85 bucks.
But after shipping, it's about $103 for one gallon

Finally taking some time to get the HS& elevators sprayed ...
.Quickly ground to a halt.

I did a poor job wiping them down ...so after a light coat ... I'll scuff them in the morning ...
web type crap was on them in areas...
Polyspray is very forgiving
.
So....half of the first cross coat ...(takes 3 cross coats...that's 6 coats)
.
I have a good holder for both types of pieces I'm spraying , the piece can flip or rotate

That pallet looks like it could fly

Hey Guys ,
Hard to tell silver from white in some of these pics.
You can see the boards that the hinges just sit on . I slide a penny under the hinges for a spacer ,more spray clearance.
I have two cross coats of Insignia white ...
They dried outside ...and still smelled up the cabin...mostly the shop half.
I went over them ...I wipe them with natural wool ...(sorta very fine scuff pad)
I even used some razor blades...within reason ...
.
Another good weather day , maybe ...looks a little windy.

HS is bolted in place , every thing is fitting good .
It was a LITTLE tight to get my fingers around things , but there was room .
