BRS for Highlander or SuperStol

Post by bernie »

I did some searching and I haven't found any posts about installations or retrofits of BRS systems for a Highlander or SuperStol (other than this one: http://www.wingsforum.com/viewtopic.php ... brs#p23228 for which I was able to dig up some contact info of the N-number referenced and emailed the owner).

It looks like BRS sells a system for various Kitfoxes and Avids, so it can't be too difficult to retrofit. Is there anybody on the forums that can point to an active system for reference?

I have an email into BRS and will report back, either way.

Thanks!

On Facebook, Tom Huber posted images of his 914-powered Highlander XL with rescue system. https://www.facebook.com/groups/2285817 ... 6397999669.

I also have email questions sent to BRS, as I have a Highlander kit about ready to be picked up in the next couple weeks, hopefully.

I also have a PM into Tom Huber, over on the FB group....and asked some questions on his post.

My concern is having the unimpeded ability to fold the wings with a BRS installed, which I require.

Also, anyone know the apprx cost of a BRS for Highlander equivalent (since they have Kitfox listed on their website)?

Thanks

Mike
