Left side, trying to show the 1/16” to 1/8” gap below the Lexan for expansion...it took many, many trim jobs to get the gap correct.

I will be adding a Fiberglass triangle to the bottom edge of the five Former on this side too.

Working on vertical metal. I chose to put the rear part of my windshield Lexan on the outside of the diagonal door posts.

The diagonal door metal is snug against the outside of the windshield, I will add one more fastener to the bottom where it’s not totally snug.

On this side I have the 1” hole made for the spar pin, you can see the spar pin sticking up, the rear of hole will need to be egged out so that the Spar pin top lip don’t hook the Lexan.

Trying to show how I need to egg the rear of the hole in Lexan for the Spar pin lip to clear. And show the 1/16” to 1/8” gap for expansion between the sunroof and Windshield.

Will be trimming a little Lexan off that’s overhanging the Butt rib too.
