I've been working on a pattern , trying to cover the most with one piece.
I might use some expensive 90 degree Mahogany ply I bought too much of
$50 bucks a sheet , I had two extra...

Unless I can think of something lighter and just as good.

Fine tuning the holes , I put aluminum Tape on the Patterns tubing Holes..
After the cover was put in place and taken out... The aluminum tape gave me closer details.

I was thinking of a way to secure the cover.
It locks into place around the tubing , So just a little more is needed.
.
I used an existing nutsert... So the same screw is used.

The cover can be "Flexed" and out of the tab...Or reverse
So...Nothing to unbolt...

Later , I will add two screws through the "Finger Nuts" I made
.

As I was looking for the best place to put the throttle and mixture control , I realized I needed
more things 'in place'.

So I trimmed the "stick/Yoke" the way I like it...and set the Height...(Mine is adjustable)
I cleaned off the seat covers ( Pole Barn)
Then sat in the plane ...Imagining Flying, Take-off & Landing , and what would be comfortable...

Two Bolts and it separates from the panel...

The cables will run on the right side of the Fuel area, Just a short trip to the Carburetor (About 3 feet)
