Have Kolb ultralite/?? what is it please

Greetings to the group......I recently purchased, at auction, the contents of a garage. Over in a corner was a appears to be complete, never assembled Kolb ultralite......To be honest, I am not interested in assemble nor flight.......projected life expecenty does not allow sufficent time........I would, however, like to find this marvel of flight a good home.
Not sure of group rules on this as I'm a newbie........I have pics, and can post or fwd to interested partie(s).
