SuperStol Bad Parts ??

Anyone ever had any bad parts?...Last night I took my Aileron bellcranks out of sealed bag and right away noticed the groove on the side of bolt hole, now tonight while taking pics I found cracks !!...I can feel the biggest crack with my fingernail !

They are closed til Monday so I haven’t had a chance to see what factory says.

This is the other Aileron Bell Crank, both holes where the AN3-5 go have a vertical groove like a cable could make...both of these came out of a sealed bag !

Aileron Hinge Point Brackets came in this sealed bag...strange grooves on bolt hole edges on 8 of the 12 holes !

The hole issues look like a laser cutter issue, and some of the marks look like they could be made by a cutter head contacting the part.

EDIT:

The pulley also looks like a CNC cutter starting point gone wrong. The CNC shop looks like they need some adjustment...

I’d pack up the parts and send them back and ask for a replacement. Make sure you list all of the pieces you are sending back. I’m positive the factory will replace them.

Yes for sure I would think there would doubt they will replace, the parts for this kit were built 2013/2014 as far as when he picked it up from factory( I bought a kit that a guy started building on in 2014)
